Arthur Cheung, CPA, CA, CBV

Arthur is an Associate Vice President at Springbank Capital Corp., where he provides mergers & acquisitions and valuation advisory services to mid-market businesses in Canada. Prior to joining Springbank, Arthur was part of the Valuation & Litigation Support practice at a national firm, where he provided valuation services for mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, and litigation support purposes. Arthur is actively involved in the local community, serving as Associate Director in the Markham Richmond Hill Vaughan Chinese Business Association since 2016. Most recently in 2019, he was named an Honouree of the University of Waterloo’s School of Accounting and Finance’s Fellowship program, which recognizes distinguished alumni. Arthur is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV). He holds a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Waterloo.
