Springbank Capital Corp. Welcomes Arthur Cheung as Associate Vice President

Springbank Capital Corp. (“Springbank”) welcomes Arthur Cheung as Associate Vice President. Arthur will be providing mergers & acquisitions and valuation advisory services to our clients in the mid-market space across Canada.

Arthur brings with him 7 plus years’ experience in the M&A and valuations sector. Prior to joining Springbank, Arthur was part of the Valuation & Litigation Support practice at a national firm, where he provided valuation services for mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, and litigation support to clients. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV). He holds a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Waterloo.
