Belshield Corporate Group acquired by MarQuee Property Partners

We are pleased to announce the sale of our client Belshield Corporate Group, a full service third party logistics company operating under the All Can Pro Logistics and B-Line Distribution banners to MarQuee Property Partners and its affiliates, a real estate development and management company.

Springbank Capital Corp. (“Springbank”) acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Belshield Corporate Group.
