Allan A. Rutman, CPA, CA, MBA

Allan is Vice President of Springbank Capital. He is also President of Zeifman Partners Inc. and a Partner of the Financial Advisory Services Group of Zeifmans LLP. In addition to his management advisory role with Springbank, Allan provides corporate recovery services to lenders and reorganization services to management and shareholders of organizations in distress.

Allan services clients in a wide variety of industries including retail, real estate, hospitality and automotive. Allan has extensive experience in conducting viability analyses, feasibility studies and developing action plans and proposals. He is a Trustee in Bankruptcy, a Doctor of Jurisprudence and a Certified Forensic Examiner.
